How can I stop having so many headaches?

I used to get so many headaches and it seemed I was taking aspirin or ibuprofen 5 times per week. Then I read about the connection between dehydration and headaches, so I started drinking a lot of water throughout the day. It was an instant preventative measure. I almost never get a headache anymore.

People with migraine headaches often have low magnesium levels. They can prevent them by eating a high magnesium diet or take magnesium pills. More information...

I hope you are able to prevent and treat your headaches better. If you still have headaches after adopting a lifestyle of drinking at least 2 liters or 8 cups of water every day (twice this amount in hot weather), please consult with a nurse practitioner (or physician) to be examined.
