The Insurers Project
We would like to educate decision-makers who implement Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance about nursing autonomy and skill in order to improve investment in nursing. This effort would highlight the work of RNs and APRNs to improve preventive care, keep patients out of hospitals, prevent errors, and promote effective care models, including health homes for follow-up and nurse-family partnerships.
