Vegan food is measureably much healthier. Live longer, healthier lives and protect the planet by going vegan. See a 12-minute video called A Life Connected, or a 2-page piece "Go Green" on it and share with friends! We include some recipes here so you can feel empowered and able to go vegan yourself. They are generally organized by international regional cuisines or types of food.
