"From Silence to Voice" encourages nurses to speak about their work

March 2006 -- The second edition of From Silence to Voice by Bernice Buresh and Suzanne Gordon has been released. From Silence to Voice provides insight into why nursing has long been invisible to much of the public. It also provides valuable guidance to help nurses get their stories out and increase public respect for their work at this critical time.

We encourage all nurses to read this book, especially if you are interested in making media appearances, for it gives excellent guidance on how nurses can become more media savvy.
