Shipping and Receiving
Packages for your events may be delivered no earlier than (5) business days prior to the event. Items are to be sent directly to the hotel labeled with the guest name that will be on-site to receive the package, date of meeting and the meeting name. The hotel will not assume any responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise sent to the hotel for storage. Prior to departure, shipping labels will be provided for from the banquet department and shipments can be sent through our Business Center.
