Create nurse-friendly art, television, films, books, radio programs, web sites, video games, toys, dolls, Halloween costumes...

  • Non-fiction books
  • Plays
  • Poems
  • Short stories
  • Web sites
  • Radio programs
  • Paintings
  • Comics
  • Cartoons
  • Children's interactive CD's (like "Rescue Heroes" for nurses)
  • Children's books
  • Children's videos
  • Coloring books

Creating something to show off nursing? Please try to show nurses' ability to make astute assessments and bold and courageous interventions that save lives. Please see the British Columbia Nurses' Union advertisement for an example of how to show that nurses save lives through their decision-making instead of depicting them carrying out a series of monkey tasks.
